Powder characteristics

High purity (≥99.9%), ultra-low oxygen (≤100ppm), high sphericity (≥98%), smooth surface, no satellite ball, uniform particle size distribution, with excellent flow performance (≤6.0s/50g) and high loose density (≥9.5g/cm3) and vibration density (≥11.5g/cm3).

Applicable Process

Laser/electron beam additive manufacturing (SLM/EBM), laser direct deposition (DLD), powder hot isostatic pressing (HIP), metal injection molding (MIM), powder metallurgy (PM), laser cladding (LC), and other processes.

Powder application

Tungsten melting point is 3410, high-temperature resistance, excellent ray shielding performance. Radiofrequency plasma spheroidized tungsten powder has the characteristics of high sphericity, good fluidity, high purity, high loose density, full density inside the particle, no hollow powder, etc., and is widely used in the fields of national defense, military industry, medical equipment, and other fields.
