Powder characteristics: high purity (≥99.9%), low oxygen (≤1000ppm), high sphericity (≥90%), smooth surface, no satellite ball, uniform particle size distribution, with excellent flow performance (≤ 30.0S /50g).

Applicable process: laser/electron beam additive manufacturing (SLM/EBM), laser direct deposition (DLD), powder hot isostatic pressing (HIP), metal injection molding (MIM), powder metallurgy (PM), laser cladding (LC) and other processes.

Powder application: nickel-titanium alloy is a shape memory alloy, with shape memory, super elasticity, corrosion resistance, anti-toxicity, soft correction and good shock absorption characteristics and other advantages.Spherical nickel-titanium alloy powder has the characteristics of controllable composition, high sphericity, good fluidity, low oxygen content, few satellite spheres, and full density inside the particle, etc., and is widely used in the fields of biological medicine, aerospace, national defense and military industry.
