More info

Tantalum (Ta) Wire (Ta Wire)

Tantalum wire is usually used as the lead wires on tantalum capacitors. Tantalum wire was the primary material used for filaments in light bulbs. It's conjointly utilized in the industry within the manufacture of rectifiers and capacitors. Other applications embody medical devices, chemical process, and lighting applications. HM will provide tantalum wire with a premium surface finish, it's superior performance in such applications.

HM is also the only supplier of powder metallurgical grade Tantalum Tungsten Alloy wires including Ta2.5W and Ta10W. These products are ideal to be used as springs in extremely corrosive environments.
